As more and more people seem to moving over a vegetarian or vegan based diet. A huge issue that is developing is the inability to get what is called a complete or whole protein.

What is a compete protein/ whole protein? It’s a food substance that contains all 9 essential amino acids.

At Studio41 we recommend that you vary your sources of foods (lentils, beans, dairy, legumes, quinoa, pea protein powders) a good mixture of these will greatly improve your ability to get all your 9 amino acids.

Getting the right levels will also help with your recovery, weight loss, energy levels & strength.
